ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If, for whatever reason, you need to return an item, please take note of our policy:
- Items must be returned within 21 days of the shipping date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact.
- Please insure that you provide detailed copy of your invoice
- Sale items are a final sale.
- Please note that we do not assume the cost of shipping unless the item has a manufacturers defect.
ONLINE RETURN PROCESS
Here are a few simple steps to complete a hassle free return:
- 1. Contact Naïf customer service at _____________ indicating the style, colour and size of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return.
- 2. Complete the return form included with your order.

Canadian returns
We recommend having a tracking number for your return, as we do not take any responsibility for lost packages.
International & United States Returns
Please note that we do not accept any packages that are accompanied with brokerage fees. Please declare the package as "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration form.
International returns
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Returned packages that don't have this mention on the customs declaration may incur additional fees that will subsequently be deducted from your reimbursement. Packages that incur any brokerage fee will be denied.
ONLINE ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we work hard to ensure our website and inventory are synched, some items on the website may be unavailable. In this case, we will inform you and reimburse you as soon as possible.
